Yes. Bring your photo ID and proof of purchase for the booking and you can collect the bibs for your group.

We can only allocate bibs against ones that have been signed up for: if somebody has signed up 19 people but the twentieth is unallocated, we can only give you the 19 bibs.

Can I change my bib to Thursday, the Podium 5K elite wave, or Beat The Boys?
No. The cut-off date has passed, so you won't be able to swap your entry to Thursday, the Podium 5K elite wave or Beat The Boys at this point.

On the night

What are the key timings on the night?
  • 18:00: site opens, with the Festival Village on Canada Square Park
  • 18:00–19:00: bag drop open on Montgomery Square
  • 19:30: race starts
  • 21:00: bag collection closes
  • 23:00: event finishes
How does bag drop work?

Bag drop is on Montgomery Square:

  • Open 18:00–19:00 to drop, and until 21:00 for collection
  • Arrive with the tear-off tag from your bib already attached to your bag, and go to the tent whose number matches your tag
  • One bag per person, rucksack size at the largest
  • No loose coats and nothing hanging off the side

It's your responsibility to drop your bag with ample time to make it to your wave. Even better: come ready to run and skip the queue entirely.

Are there secure lockers?
No, only a bag drop facility. All belongings are left at your own risk.
What happens at the after-party?

Cross the line, grab your complimentary drinks in the finish zone, then straight into the after-party, running until 23:00 across two venues:

  • Canada Square Park: the Festival Village, with DJs, the Oasis Bar and food vendors
  • 640East: our finish-line bar on Upper Bank Street at Montgomery Square, a more mellow zone to wind down

Everyone is welcome: it's not ticketed and no wristband is needed.

Can friends and colleagues come to the after-party without a ticket?
Yes, everyone is welcome on Canada Square Park and Montgomery Square: friends, family and colleagues. It's not ticketed and no wristband is needed.

Refunds & transfers

Can I get a refund?

Entries are non-refundable and places can't be carried over. We know plans change though, so if you can't make race night we won't leave you empty-handed: you can claim 33% off Run The Wharf 2027 instead.

  • Claim your discounted entry for next year until 31 December 2026
  • We'll be processing discounted tickets after Run The Wharf 2026, from 21 September
  • To claim, please email us after 21 September and we'll sort your discount then
Can I transfer my place to someone else?
No. Places are non-transferable and bibs are strictly personal. Never run under someone else's number: your bib carries your medical details and your result, and a mismatched runner breaks both.

Corporate bookings

No. From 23:59:59 on 12 August there are no transfers of allocated places.
When do the places in my booking need to be assigned by?

  • Wednesday 2 September, 11:00–14:00 or 16:00–20:00
  • Bring photo ID and proof of purchase
